Refundable Security amounts are different in different rooms.
If someone can not pay security amount on the spot, he can pay security amount in 2 to 3 installments.
Security amount is 100% Refundable (Guaranteed).
Rents are Different in different categories;
16000, 18000, 20000 and 22000 each in 3 and 4 seater (depends on room)
20000, 22000, 24000 and 26000 each in 2 seater
35000, 40000 and 45000 Single/One person for Independent Room with attached bath.
**Big Room 5 to 6 seater with Air Conditioner (New DC inverter Gree) is also available**
Note:
For AC , Air Cooler, Heater, Led and fridge there are separate charges which are not included in above mentioned rents
